How to access relaxation, muscle relaxation, how to soothe the mind. Meditation why and how? How to reduce stress and its effects.
Internship in 4 parts will be where developed successively the relaxation and Relaxation through postures or asanas, meditation, Pranayama or breathing techniques.
The day will end with a meditative yogic practice.
During the internship, bring your usual practice mat, cushion or / and a small pillow or a meditation bench hold to turn your head if necessary, coverage for the time of meditation or relaxation. Some carpets and cushions are made available if necessary.
