Description

We are a group of friends and we meet 2 a week to do WOD (Workout of the Day). It is a training based on functional movements such as squats, running, push ups, climbing. We also use kettlebells. Thanks to these workout you will quickly increase endurance and get rid of fat.

When the weather is nice we organize an outdoor training in a park. Otherwise we do our workout inside a gym.
