It seems that the waterfalls ion wind has a great health benefit... I cannot say nothing scientific to me, but whenever I go to the Kingdom of the waterfalls I come back refreshed, more breathtaking and a laugh hung in the corner of the eyes.
So here's the project that I propose to you to share this trip that I will be able to redo every week:
We leave from the Cornavin train station, in the Centre of Geneva in private at 9:00 vehicle.
The duration of the trip until the Cirque de Sixt Fer-à-Cheval is about 1:20.
On-site there are several walks, hikes and options possible. Everything is more or less easy market reach. The first waterfalls are 20 minutes walk from great family trails (easy level).
An additional hour (medium level) to the mountain pasture hiking is possible.
There in a case as any of the bars on the way for refreshments.
Each participant takes a personal picnic. We eat around 12:00 or 12:30 respectively in the Valley before a waterfall, at the edge of the torrent or the Meadow, depending on the desires and the level of market of the group.
Return to Geneva - Cornavin no later than at 7 pm.
The low-country of the Cascades is easy to access, but this is just the 1st step in a long series of landscapes in... release the breath! So, it is best to prepare with good shoes and good habits as for a hike. Take an individual picnic and don't forget the water! Add in his backpack a swimsuit and a small towel, and... (some waterfalls are indeed irresistible ;-)
