Is there a better way to understand the culinary wealth of Seville ?
Our workshops last about 3 hours and a professional Chef will teach you how to cook traditional meals. The classes are educational and very entertaining !
Our kitchen is located in the Triana market, the perfect place to buy fresh & local ingredients. Before the workshop starts, we offer a guided visit of the market with a short explanation of its history and products.
The menu to prepare:
- Salmorejo (chilled tomato soup) or gazpacho
- Spinach with chickpeas or `huevos a la flamenca`
- Paella as main course
- Light dessert (such as lemon sorbet with cava)
We will prepare a local sangria for the group so that you get to know each other while we cook. We will also offer 2 drinks (beer or glass of wine) during the meal.
Once back home, you will be able to practice what you learnt. We will give you a note with all the recipes...
