"I was born in Barcelona and had live abroad for few years. Visiting Barcelona with friends from other countries made fall in love with the city again and now that I am back, I want to share it with you. I'm not a professional cook but I am the editor of a food..."Ask a question to Sara H.
We'll meet in Horta, an off the beaten path district and, while we go to the local market to get the ingredients we'll cook, I'll briefly explain you its history (did you know Horta was an independent village until 1904?).
After, we'll go to my place (5 min away), which has great views over the neighbourhood. I will be show-cooking for you and you'll have the printed recipe to take home with you.
Finally, we'll enjoy the meal at the terrace and we'll have some pa amb tomàquet with jamón*, Catalan wine and Crema Catalana for dessert!
* Pa amb tomàquet (bread with tomato) is very typical, you can't miss it!
