Évora is the capital of Alentejo region which has a considerable cultural and gastronomic heritage and a great potential for birdwatching. It has a great diversity including: dams, cork oak and holm oak forests, cereal fields, rivers, among others.
Our tour starts and ends up in Evora. During our drive through the country roads, we will see species such as white stork, black kite, booted eagle or the bee-eater. If we get lucky, we might see the little bustard or the black-bellied sandgrouse in the cereal fields. In the small dams we should see the spoonbill, the little egret or some unexpected visitor. With the help of the guide and the telescope you can see lots of bird species.
